Six Steps
1) Contact us
By filing up our online Registration Form for your confirmation of procedure. You are required to fill up the Patient Questionaire form which details your past medical history which is a mandatory requirement of all surgeons.
2) Surgery Package Selection.
Please let U‘reka S’capade know what surgical procedures you are looking for. U’reka S’capade will help you find your ideal package. (which includes surgeons, hospitals, accommodation and ground handling). U’reka S’capade will also assist with your ticket bookings by our parent company – Tranholidays Travel and Tours Sdn Bhd, on request.
3) Lab Profile / Confirmation of procedures.
Visit your GP and inform him of your impending surgical holidays and have your Lab Profile done and results forwarded to U’reka S’capade. This is a very important step. U’reka S’capade will forward your lab results to your surgeon of choice to asses your suitability for surgery. This is to avoid a disappointing journey.
4) Pre-Departure

Visa‘s for British, Commonwealth and European Union National is not ordinarily needed.

Please notify your bank that you intend to use your debit and credit card overseas.

Please pack lightweight and loose fitting cotton clothes and comfortable shoes as the wheather in Kuala Lumpur is hot and humid. There is no cause to pack jumpers and coats. Reading materials could be useful to keep you occupied during your recovery period.

U‘reka S‘capade recommends that you insure your travel and disclose all relevant details to your insurer pertaining to your elective surgery abroad.
5) Your stay in Malaysia
On arrival in Malaysia, U‘reka S’capade will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel and assist you with your check-in. Waiting for you at the hotel will be our “Welcome Pack” containing a local telco sim card and details of all your doctors consultation. The International Patient Services Manager (IPSM) will always accompany you for all your doctor and hospital related appointments and follow-ups.
6) Returning Home
On your final follow-up with your surgeon before returning home, patients are advised to request for a referral letter for their GP, detailing the patients surgery. This is especially so for patients who due to time constrains may need to visit their GP for suture removals.
