Special ground handling services (as per request) are available for foreign medical tour operators, whereby U’reka S’capade will act as the local representatives, here in Malaysia.  The medical concierges will guide patients through every stage of their treatments and surgeries. U’reka S’capade dedicated ground team will assist patients with their recuperation following their treatment. We assure privacy and confidentiality when assisting and acting as representatives for other operators.

Our medical concierges will be the first contact personnel patients interact with upon arrival in Malaysia. U’reka S’capade services are highly individualized and are based on professionalism and integrity. U’reka S’capade prides itself as the pioneer medical concierge provider in Malaysia. The Medical Concierges will act as surgery buddies for patients travelling to Malaysia and will walk them through each stage of their chosen surgery getaway procedures and help them through their recuperation /rehabilitation process .Our goal is to make patients medical getaway extraordinary, thus enabling them

to enjoy their recuperation in complete privacy and personalized care.

U’reka S’capade Medical Concierges will assist patients through all stages of their medical getaway, from assisting with flight bookings to airport transfers, hotel reservations, doctors’ consultation, admission and discharge from hospital; all post operative follow-ups, in-house/hotel post operative support and monitoring services and also advice patients on recreational activities. Our services do include special request, such as organizing surprise birthday, anniversary or any special parties at short notice.

Our Service Packages includes:

Arrival
•    Airport transfers.
•    Meet and  Greet  in hotel by International Patient Services Manager/Medical Concierge
•    Assist with hotel check in.
•    Friendly briefing for patients on their procedures and appointment schedules and also on local customs and cultures. Help patient settle in.

Doctors Consultation /Admission/Discharge/Follow up
•    Meet up with patient in hotel at appointed time for consultation pickup and pre – admission at hospital.
•    Accompany and assist patients with their hospital admission and discharge and all follow ups.

Post Surgical In house monitoring and support
U’reka S’capade provides complimentary nursing for patients who undergo multiple procedures‚ (however it will be at the medical concierges’ discretion) this is only applicable for U’reka S’capade patients. However patients of other medical operators may opt for in-house nursing care at their own cost.
Our services also include assisting patients with their specialized garment fittings and purchase of the said garments as prescribed by the surgeons.

Rest and Relaxation Activity Advisors
Based on patient recovery, our MCs will advise them on the kind of activities that would be most suitable for them. We will also assist families or partners of patients with regards to tours, and any activities of their choice etc.
